Click on the App Store Link provided and get the game onto your device or download executable (.apk) file, tap on it and hit Install. If required, you may need to enable "Allow Unknown Sources" (or simply "Unknown Sources") under Device Administration.

More likely it will open Google Play to download the game from there, but it is still a 1% scenario that it will ask for that privilege/permission if you download the executable.
